upon arrival, dona offered a warm welcome and expedited the check-in. i received an upgrade to a one bedroom family apartment waterfront view private balcony & luxury hours, a perfect choice for the duration. the breakfast buffet was great (especially the parathas!). kaviru and sathmi provided excellent service at the complimentary luxury hour.

I enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet. They offered both western and local options. the gym featured treadmills and stationary bikes, it suited my workout needs well.

the elevators were sometimes slow, which occasionally added waiting time.
